Have we got this forum right?

As you may have noticed, this forum is brand new. It’s been added to the website in the hope that it will build on the sense of community we already have at our Repair Cafe events. Whether you’re a ‘fixer’, someone who wants to learn, or you’ve just got broken stuff, this is the place for you.

The problem with setting up a forum is you have to start with categories that you think people will want to post under. I’ve had a shot at creating these different categories, but I’m well aware we might not have got them quite right. So please feel free to let me know if you think any of them should be changed or new ones added.

Any forum is only as good as the people who contribute to it, so it’s over to you to suggest any edits you’d like to see.
